Continuous and Pulsed Experiments with Numerical Simulation to Dissect Pituitary Gland Tumour by Using Liquid Jet [PDF]
Endoscopic endonasal surgery is a minimal invasive surgery that has been used to dissect pituitary gland tumour via curettes with the help of endoscope. However, this type of surgery has a high risk of failure because curettes may cause damages to blood vessels and optical nerves that lead to more complication for the patient.

Inhibition of mTORC1 by lncRNA H19 via disrupting 4E-BP1/Raptor interaction in pituitary tumours
Aberrant expression of long noncoding RNA H19 has been associated with tumour progression, but the underlying molecular tumourigenesis mechanisms remain largely unknown.

ABSTRACT SETD2 has an essential role in epigenetic regulation. SETD2 pathogenic variants cause neurodevelopmental disorders (SETD2‐NDDs) that most commonly include various degrees of intellectual disability and behavioral disorders, macrocephaly, brain malformations, and generalized overgrowth.

ABSTRACT Prader‐Willi syndrome (PWS) is a neurodevelopmental disorder typically caused by large deletions or imprinting defects on chromosome 15q11.2, encompassing multiple genes. While the contribution of individual genes to the PWS phenotype remains unclear, previous studies suggested that isolated deletions of MAGEL2, NDN, and MKRN3, excluding the ...

Cohesins: Crossroad Between Cornelia de Lange Spectrum and Cancer Predisposition
ABSTRACT The cohesin complex plays crucial roles in DNA repair, chromatid separation, and gene transcription regulation. Pathogenic variants in cohesins or dysfunctional transcriptional regulators lead to cohesinopathies, a broader group of disorders including Cornelia de Lange Spectrum (CdLSp), for which the prevalence of cancer cases remains unclear.

Abstract Gene expression profiling in Caenorhabditis elegans has been demonstrated to be a potential bioanalytical tool to detect the toxic potency of environmental contaminants. The RNA transcripts of genes responding to toxic exposure can be used as biomarkers for detecting these toxins. For routine application in environmental quality monitoring, an

Feline hypersomatotropism and acromegaly tumorigenesis: a potential role for the AIP gene [PDF]
Acromegaly in humans is usually sporadic, however up to 20% of familial isolated pituitary adenomas are caused by germline sequence variants of the aryl-hydrocarbon-receptor interacting protein (AIP) gene.

A Novel International Endoscopic Sphenoid Surgery Classification (IESSC): A Delphi Consensus
ABSTRACT Background Advancements in endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery created a need for standardized terminology to describe sphenoid sinus surgery. Although classification systems exist for other sinuses, one for endoscopic sphenoid sinus surgery is lacking.
