Causal associations of COVID‐19 on neurosurgical diseases risk: a Mendelian randomization study
Many researchers have explored the potential association between one neurosurgical disease and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), but few systematically analyzed the association and causality between COVID-19 and various neurosurgical diseases.

Pituitary tumours are a common type of intracranial neoplasm and, depending on the cell type of origin, have diverse endocrine and reproductive effects. The developmental biology of the different cell types is understood to result from a sequential activation of a cascade of transcription factors, and mutations in these factors result in various forms ...

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

The STUB1-TPIT axis regulates the secretion of adrenocorticotrophic hormone in cushing disease
Background Cushing’s disease (CD) is a clinical syndrome caused by excessive secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) from a pituitary corticotroph adenoma, resulting in adrenal cortical hyperplasia and overproduction of cortisol.
