Pluronic F127 as a Cell Encapsulation Material: Utilization of Membrane-Stabilizing Agents
Tissue Engineering, 2005Thermoreversible gelation of the copolymer Pluronic F127 (generic name, poloxamer 407) in water makes it a unique candidate for cell encapsulation applications, either alone or to promote cell seeding and attachment in tissue scaffolds. At concentrations of 15-20% (w/w), aqueous Pluronic F127 (F127) solutions gel at physiological temperatures.

Physical characterization of alginate–Pluronic F127 gel for endoluminal NABDs delivery
Soft Matter, 2014Here we focus the attention on the physical characteristics of a highly biocompatible hydrogel made up of crosslinked alginate and Pluronic F127 (PF127). This is a composite polymeric blend we propose for artery endoluminal delivery of an emerging class of molecules named nucleic acid based drugs (NABDs).

Nanogels Composed of Cinnamoyl Alginate and Cinnamoyl Pluronic F127
Journal of Dispersion Science and Technology, 2014Temperature-responsive nanogels were developed by photo crosslinking cinnamoyl alginate (CinAlg) and cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 (CinPlu). On the 1H NMR spectrum of CinAlg, one molecule of cinnamoyl group was calculated to be attached to every 7.7 units of the pyranose of alginate.

Pluronic F127-cyclodextrin conjugate micelles for encapsulation of honokiol
Journal of Nanoparticle Research, 2018To overcome honokiol’s poor water solubility and investigate its antifungal activity and pharmacokinetic property, Pluronic® F-127 (F127)-cyclodextrin conjugate was synthesized and employed to prepare honokiol-loaded micelles through emulsion-solvent evaporation method.

A fluorescence study on the interaction of telmisartan in triblock polymers pluronic P123 and F127
Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy, 2014Telmisartan is a poorly soluble drug used in treatment of hypertension. There is a recent interest to use pluronic for improving the solubility and bioavailability of these drugs. In this study the interaction of telmisartan with P123 and F127 has been carried out using steady state and time dependent fluorescence study.

Interaction between Graphene Oxide and Pluronic F127 at the Air–Water Interface
Langmuir, 2013Triblock copolymer Pluronic F127 (PF127) has previously been demonstrated to disperse graphene oxide (GO) in electrolyte solution and block the hydrophobic interaction between GO and l-tryptophan and l-tyrosine. However, the nature of this interaction between PF127 and GO remains to be characterized and elucidated.
