For a function $g\colon\{0,1\}^m\to\{0,1\}$, a function $f\colon \{0,1\}^n\to\{0,1\}$ is called a $g$-polymorphism if their actions commute: $f(g(\mathsf{row}_1(Z)),\ldots,g(\mathsf{row}_n(Z))) = g(f(\mathsf{col}_1(Z)),\ldots,f(\mathsf{col}_m(Z)))$ for all $Z\in\{0,1\}^{n\times m}$.

Toward Machine Intelligence that Learns to Fingerprint Polymorphic Worms in IoT [PDF]
Internet of Things (IoT) is fast growing. Non-PC devices under the umbrella of IoT have been increasingly applied in various fields and will soon account for a significant share of total Internet traffic.

PolyMorph: A P300 Polymorphic Speller [PDF]
P300 is an electric signal emitted by brain about 300 milliseconds after a rare, but relevant-for-the-user event. Even if it is hard to identify and it provides a low-rate communication channel, it can be used in cases in which other evoked potentials fail.

Molecular characterization of Cryptosporidium isolates from humans and other animals using random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis [PDF]
Genetic variation in 25 Cryptosporidium isolates was analyzed using the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. Simple reproducible polymorphisms were generated (using five primers) from Cryptosporidium DNA that was free of contaminating ...

Direct in situ measurement of polymorphic transition temperatures in thermo-mechanochemical reactions [PDF]
For the first time, we directly measured the onset and completion temperatures of polymorphic transitions in thermo-mechanochemical reactions by simultaneous in situ synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction and temperature monitoring.

Molecular characterization of ginger genotypes using RAPD and SSR markers
Genetic diversity among ginger genotypes collected from different parts of the country was studied using molecular markers (30 RAPD and 55 SSR). Compared to RAPD primers SSR primers were efficient in distinguishing the genotypes.

(Figure Presented) At long last, the crystal structure of the metastable form of benzamide, whose existence has been known of for over 170 years, has finally been solved by using a combination of in situ crystallization, high-speed synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction, and global-optimization methods of structure determination (see picture).

Polymorphous adenocarcinoma (PAC) is typically originated from the minor salivary glands and is characterized by cytology uniformity and architectural diversity. PAC commonly harbors PRKD1 E710D mutation. PAC has an excellent prognosis. However, greater than or equal to 10% papillary or greater than or equal to 30% cribriform pattern is an independent ...
