Optimisation of a Novel Class of DNA Gyrase Inhibitors to Improve Antibacterial Activity
This article describes efforts to increase the antibacterial activity of a recently reported class of novel DNA gyrase inhibitors known as the isoquinoline sulphonamides by improving their uptake in bacterial cells.
