PPD – Proteome Profile Database
With the complete sequencing of multiple genomes, there have been extensions in the methods of sequence analysis from single gene/protein-based to analyzing multiple genes and proteins simultaneously. Therefore, there is a demand for user-friendly software tools that will allow mining of these enormous datasets.

Ferroelectric Devices for In‐Memory and In‐Sensor Computing
Inspired by biological systems, in‐memory and in‐sensor computing overcome von Neumann bottlenecks. Ferroelectric devices can mimic synaptic functions and sense stimuli like light or force, therefore are ideal for these paradigms. This review introduces the ferroelectric devices applied for in‐memory and in‐sensor computing, covering their structures ...

WS2‐based in‐memory sensing reservoir computing integrates sensing, memory, and computation in one compact device. It achieves ∼94% N‐MNIST, ∼93% eye motion perception, and ∼89% speech recognition with ultra‐low energy (∼25.5 fJ/spike). The system shows stability at 95% humidity, endurance over 1.5M cycles, and supports synaptic plasticity, enabling ...

Fe3O4 clusters can be precipitated onto Fe–N–C SACs through a residual‐oxygen‐assisted precipitation approach. Compelling evidence, including operando spectroscopy and ab initio calculations, suggests that Fe3O4‐cluster precipitates not only induce asymmetric electronic structures of Fe‐N4 active center to optimize the OH* adsorption, but also ...

High Free‐Volume Imidazole‐Based Ionomers for High‐Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells
High free‐volume imidazole‐based ionomers (PF4IM‐72) enable enhanced phosphoric acid uptake and efficient proton transport, delivering peak power densities of 0.645 W cm−2 at 160 °C and 0.838 W cm−2 at 200 °C in HT‐PEMFCs. This work highlights a promising platform for next‐generation ionomers with improved high‐temperature performance and stability ...

We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.
