The Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine, 1968 The mean radius R of the hepatic lobules was defined as the radius of a hypothetical cylinder made by re-arranging the total volume of the hepatic paren-chyma around an axis of the length of the total hepatic veins in the liver. In normal livers R was about 250μ in newborns and attained 350-400μ in adults.

Is Nodular Gastritis a Precancerous Condition? [PDF]
Digestive Diseases and Sciences, 2012 I read with great interest the article by Hong et al. [1]. They analyzed clinico-epidemiological characteristics of 52 patients with nodular gastritis (NG) and 2,527 controls. Gastric neoplasm was detected in a single patient in the NG group (1.9 %) and in five patients in the control group (0.2 %).
