Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

RESEARCH ON INCREASING ACTIVE LIFE OF CUTTING TOOLS [PDF]

open access: yesFiabilitate şi Durabilitate, 2012
At the exploitation of dies the defections that occur, due mainly to non operating rules of exploration, the improperly conditions of the machine (press) in terms of cinematic precision and the wearing elements in relative motion (ram displacement ...

Press-Hardening Simulation - the next Level of Maturity

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2017
Press hardening has been fully established in the automotive industry during the last years. Forming simulation is an important tool to make the whole potential of press hardening available in both, the mass production and further developments. One of the usual simulation packages is AutoForm. It has been known as a reliable software tool for the sheet

Modelling of wear and galling in press hardening simulations [Elektronisk resurs]

open access: yes, 2017
Implementation of press hardened parts in automobile responses to the requirement of reduced carbon dioxide emission because the press hardened part has very high ratio of strength to weight. Furthermore, ultra high-strength steels (press hardened parts)

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Microstructure evolution of a 55 wt.% Al-Zn coating on press hardening steel during rapid heating

open access: yes, 2018
The surface alloying of 55 wt.% Al-Zn coated press hardening steel during a press hardening heat treatment was evaluated. Austenitization resulted in the formation of a surface layer containing FeAl and Fe2Al5. The use of an increased heating rate during

Investigating the Tensile Properties of 22MnB5 After Austenitization and Quenching with Different Initial Microstructures

open access: yesMetals
In the automotive industry, structural components are often produced via press hardening, enabling rapid production and the use of ultra-high-strength steels.

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.
