A growth model for primary cancer

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1998
Abstract One of the most aggressive phenomena in biology is the growth of cancer cells. In this paper we propose a simple model to simulate the growth of carcinoma “in situ”, which includes cell proliferation, motility and death, as well as the reciprocal influence among cells.

A Three Dimensional Growth Model for Primary Cancer

Telecommunications and Radio Engineering, 2001
Maybe the most aggressive phenomena in biology is the growth of cancer cells. In this paper we propose a simple three-dimensional model to simulate the growth of carcinoma, which includes cell proliferation, reciprocal influence among cells, cell division and cell death.

Physical growth of primary school children of Lucknow

The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, 1979
From the above consideration we conclude that the stature of the boys and girls in all the age groups grew more rapidly than the other body segments under consideration. On the other hand, the arm girth grew very slowly. The mean values were progressively higher while the rate of growth and growth velocities were different in different age groups.
