Soil pH Amelioration Synergizes Carbon Accrual with Yield Gains Under Organic Substitution
Soil pH shifts towards neutrality in both acidic and alkaline soils under organic substitution. A global synthesis links pH amelioration to soil organic carbon accrual through enhanced microbial biomass after accounting for added organic carbon and its interaction with pH. This pH amelioration‐shared soil organic carbon accrual accounts for 5.1–8.6% of

Performance and Environmental Impact of Flexible Temperature Sensors on Cellulose‐Based Substrate
Toward low‐environmental‐impact approach to thin‐film sensors fabrication using natural ingredient‐based triacetyl cellulose (TAC) substrate. Temperature sensors are fabricated and characterized based on thermal and mechanical performance. Substrate recovery is demonstrated by facile dissolution of a Mo‐based sensor in deionized water.

The stability of reactive and proactive aggression
Background: Earlier research has shown that the stability of aggressive behavior is mainly due to genetic influences. It has been argued that aggressive behavior can be divided into reactive (impulsive, affective, ‘‘hot-blooded’’) and proactive (planned,

There is an abundance of research that supports the relationship between proactive personality and work engagement and between work engagement and innovative work behaviors. However, there has been no study that examined work engagement as a mediator of the relationship between proactive personality and innovative work behaviors.
