A General Synthetic Procedure for Heteropolyniobates [PDF]

open access: possibleScience, 2002
The heteropolyanions of W, Mo, and V, which have found numerous applications, are formed simply by acidification of solutions of their oxoanions. Under similar conditions, these oxoanion precursors are not available for Nb, and Nb-oxo chemistry is dominated by formation of the Lindquist ion [Nb 6 O 19

General and Cystoscopic Procedures

Urologic Clinics of North America, 2005
Cystoscopy and endoscopy are powerful diagnostic and therapeutic instruments in the evaluation of the urinary tract. Treatment options after appropriate evaluation and counseling are recommended in an outpatient setting. For patients who have decided to use cryoablative approaches in the office, a prescription of imiquimod cream may be used for ...

On a generalization of the LTR procedure

2011 Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC), 2011
The LQG/LTR procedure is a classical means to desensibilize a system in closed-loop with respect to disturbances and system uncertainty. We discuss an extension of LTR which can be applied in more general situations. As an example, we show that PID controllers can be robustified with this approach.

A generalization of the charge iteration procedure

IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 1997
Charge iteration is an FEM procedure, devised by the authors for the computation of electrical fields in open boundary domains. In the procedure, a closed fictitious boundary is introduced enclosing all the conductors. On this boundary the electrical potential is first guessed and then iteratively improved according to the current solution by means of ...
