Smart MolA cascade‐responsive small‐molecule prodrug (DHU‐NO3) sequentially releases methylene blue (triggered by reactive oxygen species) and nitric oxide (controlled by 405 nm light), enabling precise spatiotemporal coordination of photodynamic therapy and NO gas therapy to effectively inhibit MYC‐amplified osteosarcoma growth.
