Diboson resonant production in non-custodial composite Higgs models [PDF]
We show that the recently reported excess in resonant diboson production can be explained in the context of non-custodial composite Higgs models. Dibosons are generated via the s-channel exchange of massive vector bosons present in these models.

Various Models for Predicting Wind Energy Production
Windmills represent one of the most virtually limitless sources of energy that may be used to generate electricity. It is regarded as a renewable source, but more investigation is indeed required to acquire the scientific knowledge and techniques that ...

Product modelling and model based product realisation [PDF]
A vision of the future production methods and systems is given in this paper. The basic idea is a model based perspective to future product realisation. The basic aspects of modelling, such as the objects of models (structures, functions, manufacturing systems, etc.), the reasons of modelling (to design, to learn, to explain, etc.) and the types of ...

Comparing pion production models to MiniBooNE data
Predictions for neutrino-induced charged- and neutral-current single pion production on CH_2 from theoretical models and Monte Carlo event generators are compared with the cross section measurements from the MiniBooNE experiment.Comment: Presented at the

A New Approach to Irreducibility in Multisectoral Models with Joint Production [PDF]
We present a new approach to irreducibility in multisectoral models, based on an axiom on the vectors of total outputs and inputs. We derive new results in joint production models, including an interpretation of von Neumann's famous condition A + B > 0 ...

Higgs boson production and decay in 5D warped models
We calculate the production and decay rates of the Higgs boson at the LHC in the context of general 5 dimensional (5D) warped scenarios with a spacetime background modified from the usual $AdS_5$, with SM fields propagating in the bulk.

Lifestyle Behaviors and Cardiotoxic Treatment Risks in Adult Childhood Cancer Survivors
ABSTRACT Background Higher doses of anthracyclines and heart‐relevant radiotherapy increase cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. This study assessed CVD and CVD risk factors among adult childhood cancer survivors (CCSs) across cardiotoxic treatment risk groups and examined associations between lifestyle behaviors and treatment risks.
