Uniformisation in dimension four: towards a conjecture of Iitaka [PDF]
Let X be a compact K\"ahler manifold whose universal covering is $\mathbb C^n$. A conjecture of Iitaka claims that X is a torus, up to finite \'etale cover. We prove this conjecture in various cases in dimension four.

Epis and monos which must be isos
Orzech [1] has shown that every surjective endomorphism of a noetherian module is an isomorphism. Here we prove analogous results for injective endomorphisms of noetherian injective modules, and the duals of these results.

Density of scots pine seedlings in pine forests under the influence of emissions from the Karabash copper smelter and forest fi res [PDF]
We assessed the features of natural pine regeneration in forests with diff erent ages of ground fi res in the Southern Urals depending on the level of heavy metal pollution.

Injective Envelopes and Projective Covers of Quivers [PDF]
This paper characterizes the injective and projective objects in the category of directed multigraphs, or quivers. Further, the injective envelope and projective cover of any quiver in this category is constructed.

Codivisible modules, weakly-codivisible modules and strongly η-projevtive modules [PDF]
In [1], P.E. Bland has studied the strongly M-projective module and the strongly M-projective cover. As their general notions, we define the strongly n-projective modle and the strongly n-projective cover for any class ..
