This research provides the first comprehensive evidence that PS‐MPs exacerbate ccRCC progression by activating the NF‐κB and TGF‐β pathways. These findings establish PS‐MPs as an environmental risk factor for ccRCC progression and identify the NF‐κB and TGF‐β signaling as potential therapeutic targets to mitigate the adverse effects of ‐PS‐MPs exposure.

Downregulation and Prognostic Performance of MicroRNA 224 Expression in Prostate Cancer [PDF]
The extensive use of prostate-specific antigen as a general prostate cancer biomarker has introduced the hazards of overdiagnosis and overtreatment. Recent studies have revealed the immense biomarker capacity of microRNAs (miRNAs) in prostate cancer. The

CD147/Basigin: From Integrative Molecular Hub to Translational Therapeutic Target
This review conceptualizes CD147 as a fundamental “Energy‐Structure Coupler,” physically bridging metabolic flux (via MCTs) with morphogenetic plasticity (via integrins/MMPs) to drive cancer, infection, and autoimmunity. Addressing the “specificity paradox” that limits current translation, the authors chart a strategic roadmap—spanning logic‐gated ...
