ABSTRACT Background Adoption of additive manufacture of printed typodonts within dentistry for education occurs despite inadequate reproduction of desirable tactile characteristics of human tooth tissues. Mechanical stiffness orchestrates distinct regulation of MRTFs and YAP/TAZ transcriptional cofactors in hepatocytes

Natural variation in the GNH1 promoter enhances plant height and grain yield in rice

Natural variation in the GRAIN NUMBER AND PLANT HEIGHT 1 (GNH1) promoter alleviates repression by the C2H2‐type transcription factor ZFP36, upregulating GNH1 expression and promoting auxin accumulation, thereby increasing rice plant height and grain yield. This elite allele serves as a valuable genetic resource for molecular breeding of high‐yield rice.
