Site‐Specific Quadruple‐Functionalised Antibodies

The incorporation of multiple payloads within the same scaffold is a growing tendency in last generation Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). This paper reports the first strategy for the quadruple functionalization of therapeutic antibodies using four unique functionalities installed at four unique sites on the antibody.
