We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Determination of Trace 55Fe and 63Ni in Steel Samples via Liquid Scintillation Counting
In the decommissioning of nuclear facilities, activated steel often contains radionuclides such as 55Fe and 63Ni, which are categorized as hard-to-measure due to their emission of only low-energy beta particles or X-rays.

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Effect of local environment and stellar mass on galaxy quenching and
morphology at $0.5
We study galactic star-formation activity as a function of environment and stellar mass over 0.5 0.5 it depends on galaxy stellar mass, demonstrating that the effects of quenching related to (stellar) mass and environment are not separable.

Jet Quenching Parameter with Hyperscaling Violation [PDF]
In this paper we study the behavior of jet quenching parameter in the background metric with hyperscaling violation at finite temperature. The background metric is covariant under a generalized Lifshitz scaling symmetry with the dynamical exponent z and ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Adding a solid particle dispersion into a base fluid could increase its thermal conductivity, hence increasing the heat transfer characteristics. One example of this thermally enhanced fluid is in heat treatment industry as quench medium.

Calculating quenching weights [PDF]
We calculate the probability (``quenching weight'') that a hard parton radiates an additional energy fraction due to scattering in spatially extended QCD matter. This study is based on an exact treatment of finite in-medium path length, it includes the case of a dynamically expanding medium, and it extends to the angular dependence of the medium ...

Catching galaxies in the act of quenching star formation [PDF]
Detecting galaxies when their star-formation is being quenched is crucial to understand the mechanisms driving their evolution. We identify for the first time a sample of quenching galaxies selected just after the interruption of their star formation by ...
