DNA Nanoarray for Multiplexed RNA Detection With Single‐Molecule Readout
A carrier‐based DNA nanoarray integrates programmable nucleic acid hybridization with solid‐state nanopore readout for direct RNA detection at single‐molecule resolution. A ternary encoding system enables 27 carriers with 81 addressable sensing sites, allowing the simultaneous identification of targets spanning a wide size range, from short microRNAs ...

A method for genotyping elite breeding stocks of leaf chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) by assaying mapped microsatellite marker loci [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Leaf chicory (Cichorium intybus subsp. intybus var. foliosum L.) is a diploid plant species (2n = 18) of the Asteraceae family. The term "chicory" specifies at least two types of cultivated plants: a leafy vegetable, which is highly ...

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

FINGERPRINTING OF EIMERIA STIEDAE (LIVER COCCIDIOSIS) OF RABBIT IN EGYPT BY USING RANDOM AMPLIFIED POLYMORPHIC DNA (RAPD) [PDF]
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD technique) gives characteristic fingerprints or genetic polymorphism for Eimeria stiedae isolates. The isolates were collected from three different localities in Egypt (Al-Bahyra, Assiut and El-Kalybia provices ...

Abstract Aim Sirolimus is currently used off‐label for paediatric patients with vascular anomalies. However, the optimal dosage regimen for paediatric patients remains controversial. This study aimed to determine the optimal dosing regimen of sirolimus in these patients using a population pharmacokinetic (PK) model.

A new genetic analysis of Ficus spp. By HAT-Random amplified Polymorphic DNA Technique
AbstractWe present the genetic variation within 25 species of Ficus was result by using HAT-RAPD technique. Four single arbitrary primers, OPAS 10, OPG 13, OPLO 5 and OPWO 6, which used to amplify DNA polymorphic bands. From the total of 143 bands and 140 bands were polymorphisms.
