Characterization of the factors that influence sinapine concentration in rapeseed meal during fermentation. [PDF]
We analyzed and compared the difference in sinapine concentration in rapeseed meal between the filamentous fungus, Trametes sp 48424, and the yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, in both liquid and solid-state fermentation.

Predicting the Digestible Energy of Rapeseed Meal from Its Chemical Composition in Growing-finishing Pigs [PDF]
Two experiments were conducted to establish a digestible energy (DE) content prediction model of rapeseed meal for growing-finishing pig based on rapeseed meal’s chemical composition.

Digestion dynamics in broilers fed rapeseed meal [PDF]
AbstractRapeseed proteins are described to be poorly digestible in chickens. To further identify some molecular locks that may limit their use in poultry nutrition, we conducted a proteomic study on the various chicken digestive contents and proposed an integrative view of the proteins recruited in the crop, proventriculus/gizzard, duodenum, jejunum ...

Arginine-Lysine Relationship in Rapeseed Meal
A series of experiments was conducted using White Leghorn male chicks to study the arginine-lysine relationship in rapeseed meal (RSM). Semi-purified diets containing 15% protein either from RSM or soybean meal (SBM) were fed. Arginine supplementation completely reversed the growth depression caused by the addition of lysine to RSM diets.

Pois et tourteau de colza : deux matières premières complémentaires pour l’alimentation animale
Pea and rapeseed meal are protein rich feedstuffs. Despite their differences regarding composition their amino acid profiles are quite complementary. For growing and finishing pigs it is easy to formulate diets with pea and rapeseed meal all together ...
