ANALISIS PENGARUH REKONFIGURASI GROUNDING KABEL POWER 20 kV TERHADAP ERROR RATIO CURRENT TRANSFORMERS PELANGGAN TEGANGAN MENENGAH DI HOTEL GOLDEN TULIP SEMINYAK

An extended orthogonal forward regression algorithm for system identification using entropy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
In this paper, a fast identification algorithm for nonlinear dynamic stochastic system identification is presented. The algorithm extends the classical Orthogonal Forward Regression (OFR) algorithm so that instead of using the Error Reduction Ratio (ERR)

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Study on Gear Fault Diagnosis Technology based on the Method of Transmission Error

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2015
In view of the problem of the difficulty in precise diagnosis of tooth surface fault of gear transmission system under the complicated working conduction,a fault diagnosis method based on transmission error in gear transmission system is proposed ...

Digital receiver simulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1974
Digital simulation of the data link for the Saturn-Uranus spacecraft design is summarized. The data link is a 40 watt, 400 MegaHertz, 44 bit-a-second link, a power starved link, and uses convolution coding.

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Clinical performance of the urine‐based TERT promoter AbsoluteQ Digital PCR for non‐invasive detection of bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Minimizing error in robot arm based on design optimization for high stiffness to weight ratio.

open access: yesAl-Khawarizmi Engineering Journal, 2008
In this work the effect of choosing tri-circular tube section had been addressed to minimize the end effector’s error, a comparison had been made between the tri-tube section and the traditional square cross section for a robot arm, the study shows that ...

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
