ON POTENTIALIZED PARTIAL FINITE DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS: ANALYZING THE COMPLEXITY OF KNOWLEDGE-BASED SPATIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS [PDF]
Knowledge-based regional and urban studies are plentiful; some systematics might be in order at this junction, so first the different links between economic production units in geographical space have to be clearly defined.

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

INTERREGIONAL R&D SPILLOVERS IN EUROPE [PDF]
Our paper identifies and estimates the effects of R&D spillovers on total factor productivity with consideration of spatial effects. We first run our estimations on the Coe and Helpman (1995) model introducing spatial correlation.

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...
