Video-rate computational heterodyne holography

We present a versatile computational image rendering software of optically-acquired holograms. The reported software can process 4 Megapixel 8-bit raw frames from a sensor array acquired at a sustained rate of 80 Hz.

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
