Consensus molecular subtypes (CMS1‐4) have been identified to study colorectal cancer heterogeneity and serve as potential biomarkers. In this study, we developed and evaluated NanoCMSer, a NanoString‐based classifier using 55 genes, optimized for FF and FFPE to facilitate the clinical evaluation of CMS subtyping.

Abstract The present study was conducted as part of a comprehensive work to establish National Diagnostic Reference Levels (NDRLs) in Sri Lanka for the first time. DRLs can be used as an effective optimization tool for identifying unusually high or low patient doses during X‐ray examinations.

Resolvent for Non-Self-Adjoint Differential Operator with Block-Triangular Operator Potential
A resolvent for a non-self-adjoint differential operator with a block-triangular operator potential, increasing at infinity, is constructed. Sufficient conditions under which the spectrum is real and discrete are obtained.

On the generalized resolvent of linear pencils in Banach spaces [PDF]
Utilizing the stability characterizations of generalized inverses of linear operator, we investigate the existence of generalized resolvents of linear pencils in Banach spaces. Some practical criterions for the existence of generalized resolvents of the linear pencil $\lambda\rightarrow T-\lambda S$ are provided and an explicit expression of the ...

The Resolvent of Closed Extensions of Cone Differential Operators [PDF]
AbstractWe study closed extensions of an elliptic differential operator A on amanifold with conical singularities, acting as an unbounded operator on a weighted Lp-space. Under suitable conditions we show that the resolvent exists in a sector of the complex plane and decays like as Moreover, we determine the structure of the resolvent with enough ...

Large multidimensional digital images of cancer tissue are becoming prolific, but many challenges exist to automatically extract relevant information from them using computational tools. We describe publicly available resources that have been developed jointly by expert and non‐expert computational biologists working together during a virtual hackathon

Infinite products of resolvents of accretive operators [PDF]
We study the space $\mathcal M_m$ of all $m$-accretive operators on a Banach space $X$ endowed with an appropriate complete metrizable uniformity and the space $\overline{\mathcal M}{}^*_m$ which is the closure in $\mathcal M_m$ of all those operators which have a zero.

Targeted metabolomics reveals novel diagnostic biomarkers for colorectal cancer
This study employed targeted metabolomic profiling to identify 302 distinct metabolites present in platelet‐rich plasma (PRP), revealing aberrant metabolic profiles amongst individuals diagnosed with colorectal cancer (CRC). Compared to carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cancer antigen 19‐9 (CA199), our metabolite panel showed improved sensitivity ...

On generalized Yosida inclusion problem with application
Herein, a generalized Yosida inclusion problem involving Φ-relaxed co-accretive mapping is investigated. The resolvent and analogous generalized Yosida approximation operator is explicated and its characteristics are outlined.

Nonlinear ordered variational inclusion problem involving XOR operation with fuzzy mappings
In the setting of real ordered positive Hilbert spaces, a nonlinear fuzzy ordered variational inclusion problem with its corresponding nonlinear fuzzy ordered resolvent equation problem involving XOR operation has been recommended and solved by employing
