Reverse recovery current in virtual diodes [PDF]

open access: yes2019 Joint International EUROSOI Workshop and International Conference on Ultimate Integration on Silicon (EUROSOI-ULIS), 2019
The switching of a diode from ON to OFF state causes a temporarily high reverse current. We show that such reverse recovery current also occurs in electrostatically doped diodes fabricated in ultrathin FD-SOI film. Since the HP diode features adaptable doping-level controlled by the front and back gates, the recovery current varies accordingly. Virtual

Recovery of Recombinant Rotaviruses by Reverse Genetics

2023
Rotaviruses are the primary cause of severe gastroenteritis in infants and young children throughout the world. To combat rotavirus illness, several live oral vaccines have been developed, or are under development, that are formulated from attenuated human or human-animal reassortant strains of rotavirus.

Reverse engineering and design recovery: a taxonomy

IEEE Software, 1990
The key to applying computer-aided software engineering to the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems lies in applying reverse-engineering approaches. However, there is considerable confusion over the terminology used in both technical and marketplace discussions.

Reversible Recovery of Nanoimprinted Polymer Structures

Langmuir, 2013
A shape memory polymer, Nafion, has its shape memory simultaneously programmed and patterned with micro- and nanometer-scale surface textures using a nanoimprint process. Highly ordered and well-defined micro- and nanometer surface textures, for example, high aspect ratio (~5) micropillars, form the permanent shape memory of the Nafion films.

Reverse remodelling and myocardial recovery in heart failure

Nature Reviews Cardiology, 2017
Advances in medical and device therapies have demonstrated the capacity of the heart to reverse the failing phenotype. The development of normative changes to ventricular size and function led to the concept of reverse remodelling. Among heart failure therapies, durable mechanical circulatory support is most consistently associated with the largest ...

Information Protection and Recovery with Reversible Data Hiding

Third International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIH-MSP 2007), 2007
We propose an effective scheme for protecting and recovering sensitive information based on reversible data hiding techniques in this paper. It is commonly seen that confidential information within an image is deliberately removed, marked or mosaicked before being delivered to the public, including displaying the marked images on the TV screens or ...
