Myricetin inhibits Micropterus salmoides rhabdovirus infection by damping inflammation through the NF-κB pathway

open access: yesAquaculture and Fisheries
Largemouth bass have been plagued by diseases elicited by bacteria, parasites, and viruses, particularly viral diseases, which have caused significant economic losses in recent years.

A Novel Protein NLRP12‐119aa that Prevents Rhabdovirus Replication by Disrupting the RNP Complex Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Science
The accurate assembly of the ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex is fundamental for the replication and transcription of rhabdoviruses, which are known for their broad pathogenic impact.

Perch Rhabdovirus

open access: yes, 2011
This leaflet gives information on perch rhabdovirus. Rhabdoviruses of the genus Vesiculovirus are an emerging group of pathogenic viruses and include perch rhabdovirus, pike-fry rhabdovirus, tench rhabdovirus, lake trout rhabdovirus and spring viraemia of carp virus.

Pathogenicity of Rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) for salmonid fish

open access: yesPathogenicity of Rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) for salmonid fish
Pathogenicity of the Rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) against salmonid fish (rainbow trout; Oncorhynchus mykiss, masu salmon; O. masou, chum salmon; O. keta, coho salmon; O. kisutch and pink salmon; O. gorbuscha) was studied. Artificially infected salmonid fish with HRV by water-born and I.P. injection were reared at 12 to 14 ℃.

Pathogenicity of rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) to hirame and salmonid fish

open access: yesPathogenicity of rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) to hirame and salmonid fish
Pathogenicity of the Rhabdovirus olivaceus (hirame rhabdovirus; HRV) to hirame (Japanese flounder) and salmonid fish (rainbow trout, masu, chum, and coho salmon) was studied. Cumulative mortalities of HRV infected hirame reared at 5, 10, 15 and 20 ℃ were 40, 60, 20 and 0 %, respectively. The highest virus titer in mixed samples of kidney and spleen was

Rhabdovirus assembly and budding

Virus Research, 2004
Rhabdoviruses are a diverse, widely-distributed group of enveloped viruses that assemble and bud from the plasma membrane of host cells. Recent advances in the identification of domains on both the envelope glycoprotein and the matrix protein of rhabdoviruses that contribute to virus assembly and release have allowed us to refine current models of ...

Characterisation of the genomes of four putative vesiculoviruses: tench rhabdovirus, grass carp rhabdovirus, perch rhabdovirus and eel rhabdovirus European X

Archives of Virology, 2013
The complete coding sequences were determined for four putative vesiculoviruses isolated from fish. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis based on the predicted amino acid sequences of the five main proteins assigned tench rhabdovirus and grass carp rhabdovirus together with spring viraemia of carp and pike fry rhabdovirus to a lineage that was ...
