In KRAS‐mutant tumors, KRAS transcriptionally upregulates COA4 via the PI3K/AKT/E2F1 axis, promoting metastasis. Mechanistically, COA4 enhances tumor cell migration through dual pathways: within mitochondria, it boosts oxidative phosphorylation; in the cytoplasm, it binds and activates CDC42 to stimulate pseudopodia formation.

Deoxynivalenol induces anemia by disrupting hematopoietic homeostasis and impairing erythroid lineage commitment and differentiation via ribosomal stress–mediated G1/S cell cycle arrest. GDF15 supplementation alleviates this arrest through the β‐catenin–Myc–p21 signaling axis, highlighting GDF15 as a potential therapeutic target for DON‐induced ...

CD161 is identified as a novel inhibitory receptor on bone marrow (BM)‐resident CD8⁺ T cells in multiple myeloma (MM). Through interaction with its ligand CLEC2D, CD161 impairs T‐cell function and promotes immune suppression. Blockade of CD161 restores tissue residency and cytotoxicity of CD8⁺ T cells and enhances chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR ...

In this study, it is discovered that pathological accumulation of Runx2+ Schwann cell clusters during axonal regeneration is a key factor impairing nerve repair in aging. This pathology is associated with dysregulation of stress granule homeostasis.

Recursive Partitioning to Differentiate Acquired From Inherited Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes
ABSTRACT Distinguishing inherited bone marrow failure (IBMF) from acquired aplastic anemia (aAA) at diagnosis is a major clinical challenge and is essential for appropriate treatment and patients' counseling. Genetic testing to exclude IBMF is frequently subject to delays of several months and may not be available in all centers and could not be ...
