Structure - Functions Relations in Small Interfering RNAs
RNA interference is an evolutionary conserved mechanism of specific gene silencing induced by double stranded RNA homologous to the target mRNA. Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) are widely used for the control of gene expression in molecular biology and experimental pharmacology.

Engineering Assembloids to Mimic Graft‐Host Skeletal Muscle Interaction
This study develops a graft‐host skeletal muscle assembloid model combining neuromuscular organoids with tissue‐engineered constructs. Pre‐seeding decellularized muscles with myogenic cells enhances cell migration and axon invasion from the organoid. The model exhibits regenerative capacity following acute damage, advancing the understanding of human ...

Glucocorticoids Alter Bone Microvascular Barrier via MAPK/Connexin43 Mechanisms
Osteoporosis induced by Glucocorticoids (GCs) is a common complication of long‐term GC use in patients with inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, often leading to an increased fracture risk. A 3D bicellular endo‐osteo microfluidic platform is developed to explore pathogenic mechanisms underlying GCs‐induced osteoporosis, highlighting a novel MAPK ...

Inhibition of glucocorticoid-induced apoptosis by targeting splice variants of \u3ci\u3eBIM\u3c/i\u3e mRNA with small interfering RNA and short hairpin RNA. [PDF]
Glucocorticoids (GCs) induce apoptosis in lymphocytes and are effective agents for the treatment of leukemia. The activated glucocorticoid receptor (GR) initiates a transcriptional program leading to caspase activation and cell death, but the critical ...
