Nanoinjection Platform for Drug Delivery in Breast Cancer Therapeutics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A schematic shows Nanoarchaeosomes loaded with doxorubicin (NAD) delivered via silicon nanotubes (SiNTs) into MCF‐7 cells, triggering apoptosis and necrosis. Released doxorubicin generates ROS, disrupts mitochondria, and intercalates DNA. This dual‐action nanoinjection enhances cytotoxicity and improves breast cancer therapy efficacy.

Transcript Identification Using Arrayed Hydrogels With TrapFISH

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
TrapFISH is a novel method for high‐throughput single‐cell transcriptomics. It embeds cells in hyaluronic acid hydrogel beads and uses probe hybridization to quantify custom gene panels. By arraying hydrogels in microfluidic devices, cell barcoding is removed, enhancing scalability for studying cellular heterogeneity and rare cell states by targeting ...

Nanomaterial‐Based Optical Biosensors for SARS‐CoV‐2 Detection: A Retrospective of the Pandemic

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
This review discusses nanomaterial‐based optical biosensors developed for or adapted to the detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2). It concludes by providing a perspective on how lessons learned during the coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic may be applied for future research on nanomaterial‐based ...

Glucose Deprivation‐Induced Disulfidptosis via the SLC7A11‐INF2 Axis: Pan‐Cancer Prognostic Exploration and Therapeutic Validation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glucose deprivation or GLUT1 inhibition induces disulfidptosis in SLC7A11high ovarian cancer cells by promoting cystine accumulation, NADPH/ATP depletion, and F‐actin disulfide formation. SLC7A11 interacts with INF2 to further increase H₂O₂ levels and impair mitochondrial fission, suppressing cell migration. Targeting the SLC7A11–INF2 axis represents a
