The single‐layer RCP‐Chip enables rapid, multiplexed detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 RNA using RT‐LAMP and gold nanoparticle‐enhanced colorimetric readouts. After sample loading, amplification occurs within radially arranged chambers, allowing simultaneous detection of E and N genes.

Mimicking Biochemical Traits with a Synthetic Lipid Nanoparticles SARS‐COV‐2 Model
A synthetic virus model developed using lipid nanoparticles, which incorporate encapsulated mRNA and nucleocapsid (N) protein along with surface‐conjugated spike (S) protein, mimics the characteristics of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2), allowing for the advancement of diagnostic product assessment.

Opportunities in Therapeutic mRNA Stabilization: Sequence, Structure, Adjuvants and Vectors
Current mRNA lipid nanoparticles rely on cold storage, which increases the cost and reduces access to the vaccines. As mRNA expands to other clinical opportunities, better methods to stabilize the medicines during shipping, storage, and delivery are needed.
