Use of antiemetics in early pregnancy 2012–2022: A cross‐sectional study

open access: yesBritish Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.
Aim Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy impact quality of life, yet many pregnant women feel dismissed by healthcare professionals, despite the safety of first‐line antiemetic treatments for both mother and fetus. Therefore, this study aims to describe the prevalence of patient‐reported antiemetic use in early pregnancy in Copenhagen, Denmark, the changes

The extension of the taxon cycle model to island plants: insights from the Canarian vascular flora

open access: yesBiological Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Taxon cycle models describe eco‐evolutionary patterns of lineage colonization, diversification, and decline across archipelagos, inferring an important role for competition amongst ecologically similar taxa in driving concurrent niche changes.

Lower bounds on the Roman and independent Roman domination numbers

open access: yesApplicable Analysis and Discrete Mathematics, 2016
A Roman dominating function (RDF) on a graph G is a function f : V (G) ? {0,1,2} satisfying the condition that every vertex u with f(u) = 0 is adjacent to at least one vertex v of G for which f(v) = 2. The weight of a Roman dominating function is the sum f(V) = ?v?V f(v), and the minimum weight of a Roman dominating function f is the Roman ...

A Note on the Double Roman Domination Number of Graphs

open access: yesCzechoslovak Mathematical Journal, 2020
for a graph G = ( V, E ), a double Roman dominating function is a function f : V → {0, 1, 2, 3} having the property that if f ( v ) = 0, then the vertex v must have at least two neighbors assigned 2 under f or one neighbor with f ( w ) = 3, and if f ( v )

Corruption Control and Corporate Hazardous Waste Emissions: Cross‐Country Evidence and the Moderating Role of Agenda 2030

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to examine the impact of corruption control, as a public institutional mechanism, on hazardous waste emissions of private sector entities. We also examine the extent to which Agenda 2030 moderates the relationship. We analyse data from the top 500 global companies.

Total roman domination number of graphs

open access: yes, 2022
In this paper a characterization of minimal total roman dominating functions has been proved. It has also been proved that if v is a pendant vertex and its neighbor u is not a pendant vertex then f(v) = 0 or 1 for any minimal total roman dominating function f. The operation of vertex removal has been considered.

The 2-domination and Roman domination numbers of grid graphs

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science, 2019
We investigate the 2-domination number for grid graphs, that is the size of a smallest set $D$ of vertices of the grid such that each vertex of the grid belongs to $D$ or has at least two neighbours in $D$. We give a closed formula giving the 2-domination number of any $n \!\times\! m$ grid, hereby confirming the results found by Lu and Xu, and Shaheen

A note on the edge Roman domination in trees

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Graph Theory and Applications, 2017
A subset $X$ of edges of a graph $G$ is called an \textit{edgedominating set} of $G$ if every edge not in $X$ is adjacent tosome edge in $X$. The edge domination number $\gamma'(G)$ of $G$ is the minimum cardinality taken over all edge dominating sets of

Navigating the Double Edge of Product‐Service Systems: User Behavior, Adoption, and Rebound Effects

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Product‐service systems (PSS) have been considered a promising approach to operationalizing the circular economy. Although many studies have outlined the potential sustainability gains of PSS solutions, it is still unclear what factors drive PSS adoption and how behavioral changes result in rebound effects, undermining their potential ...
