URTK: undifferenced network RTK positioning

open access: yesGPS Solutions, 2012
Standard network RTK has been widely used since it was proposed in the mid-1990s. Rovers can obtain high-precision estimates of position by resolving double-differenced (DD) ambiguities. The focus of this study is a new undifferenced network RTK method, abbreviated as URTK hereafter, based on undifferenced (UD) observation corrections whose single ...

FGFR Like1 drives esophageal cancer progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and notch signalling: insights from clinical data and next‐generation sequencing analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

The Integration of GPS/BDS Real-Time Kinematic Positioning and Visual–Inertial Odometry Based on Smartphones

open access: yesISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, 2021
The real-time kinematic positioning technique (RTK) and visual–inertial odometry (VIO) are both promising positioning technologies. However, RTK degrades in GNSS-hostile areas, where global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signals are reflected and ...

A cooperative conjugate gradient method for linear systems permitting multithread implementation of low complexity

open access: yes, 2012
This paper proposes a generalization of the conjugate gradient (CG) method used to solve the equation $Ax=b$ for a symmetric positive definite matrix $A$ of large size $n$.

Performance of Single Base RTK GNSS Method versus Network RTK

open access: yesEarth Sciences Research Journal, 2015
<p>After the late 1990s, GNSS/GPS network RTK technology has become the preferred technique in the world, today widely used in various applications such as monitoring, early warning systems, and mapping and engineering applications. By the end of 2008, the CORS-TR network was being used for engineering applications to determine 3D positions ...

Bayesian Estimation Improves Prediction of Outcomes After Epilepsy Surgery

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We estimated the statistical power of studies predicting seizure freedom after epilepsy surgery. We extracted data from a Cochrane meta‐analysis. The median power across all studies was 14%. Studies with a median sample size or less (n ≤ 56) and a statistically significant result exaggerated the true effect size by a factor of 5.4, while the ...

A Smart Bio‐Battery Facilitates Diabetic Bone Defect Repair Via Inducing Macrophage Reprogramming and Synergistically Modulating Bone Remodeling Coupling

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This research presents a novel implantable bio‐battery, GF‐OsG, tailored for diabetic bone repair. GF‐OsG generates microcurrents in high‐glucose conditions to enhance vascularization, shift macrophages to the M2 phenotype, and regulate immune responses.

Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Inspired Microneedle Platform for NIR‐responsive Immunomodulation and Accelerated Chronic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The research demonstrates a Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐inspired microneedle platform (MSCi@MN) that addresses chronic diabetic wounds by combining MSC‐derived extracellular nanovesicles (NV)–DNA conjugates in microneedle tips with photothermal MXene in the patch layer.
