Vision‐Assisted Avocado Harvesting with Aerial Bimanual Manipulation
This work outlines the design and implementation of a bimanual aerial robot that employs visual perception and learning to detect, reach, and harvest avocados. A new gripper and fixer arm assembly is used to harvest avocados, while visual perception enables the detection of avocados and estimation of their position and orientation for determining ...

EIF1AX Nucleolar Condensates Enhance Susceptibilities for the Management of Endometrial Cancer
This schematic illustrates the mechanism of a senolytic strategy in endometrial cancer. EIF1AX facilitates the incorporation of DDX21 into nucleolar condensates, an event that suppresses rDNA transcription and induces cellular senescence. The compound 2,5‐MeC exploits this pathway by promoting EIF1AX nucleolar translocation and condensate formation ...

Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth
Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.

High positioning accuracy in GNSS systems and receivers
In the last few months we have been witnessing a remarkable (and, to some extent, surprising) increase of interest for GNSS high accuracy positioning, involving both systems and receivers.

Targeting RTK Signaling Pathways in Cancer [PDF]
The RAS/MAP kinase and the RAS/PI3K/AKT pathways play a key role in the regulation of proliferation, differentiation and survival. The induction of these pathways depends on Receptor Tyrosine Kinases (RTKs) that are activated upon ligand binding. In cancer, constitutive and aberrant activations of components of those pathways result in increased ...

Wedelolactone (WED), a natural TLR2 agonist, promotes neutrophil differentiation and enhances bactericidal function, offering a potential therapeutic strategy for neutropenia. Using a multi‐omics approach, this study reveals that WED activates the TLR2/MEK/ERK pathway, upregulating key transcription factors (PU.1, CEBPβ) to drive neutrophil development.

GPS/BDS Medium/Long-Range RTK Constrained with Tropospheric Delay Parameters from NWP Model
Tropospheric delay is a major error source that affects the performance of the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning especially for the medium/long-range baseline.
