Development of an Organoautocatalyzed Double σ-Bond C(sp2)-N Transamination Metathesis Reaction.

Angewandte Chemie
The transamination reaction, which involves the conversion of one amine to another, traditionally relies on biological enzyme catalysts. Although chemists have recently developed a few transition metal-catalyzed methods, mimicking these enzymes to ...

Reactivity of FeMoO4 in CsCl Fluxes and Formation of the Salt-Inclusion Type of Compounds.

Inorganic Chemistry, 2022
The reactivity of FeMoO4 in CsCl fluxes has been investigated by thermal analysis and chemical reactions in evacuated silica ampules. The products have been characterized by ex situ X-ray diffraction methods.

Salt elimination reactions do not always eliminate. Mechanistic study of the reaction of NdCl3 with sodium N,N-dimethylaminodiboranate

Polyhedron, 2019
Treatment of neodymium trichloride (NdCl3) in tetrahydrofuran with 3 equiv of sodium N,N-dimethylaminodiboranate, Na[(H3B)2NMe2], which we will refer to as NaL, followed by solvent removal and extraction with pentane, affords a solution of the ...

Reaction Selectivity in Cometathesis: Yttrium Manganese Oxides

Chemistry of Materials, 2022
: Synthesis of metastable materials by control of reaction pathways is facilitated by low-temperature routes. Cometathesis reactions have recently been shown to lower reaction temperatures when compared to single-ion metathesis reactions.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF (MU-5-C5ME5)2TI(R)CL (R = ME, ET, NORMAL-PR, CH=CH2, PH, O-NORMAL-PR) AND THEIR SALT METATHESIS REACTIONS - THERMAL-DECOMPOSITION PATHWAYS OF (MU-5-C5ME5)2TI(ME)R' (R' = ET, CH=CH2, PH, CH2PH)

Organometallics, 1992
Complexes Cp*2Ti(R)Cl (Cp* = eta-5-C5Me5; R = Me (1), Et (2), n-Pr (3), CH=CH2 (4), Ph (5), O-n-Pr (6)) have been prepared by oxidation Of CP*2TiR with lead dichloride. Not every compound Cp*2Ti(R)Cl was accessible and for R = CH2CMe3 and CH2Ph reduction to Cp*2TiCl and R. was observed. Homolysis of the Ti-R bond appears to be the general decomposition
