Stability analysis of bilinear systems under aperiodic sampled-data control

open access: yes, 2014
International audienceThis note considers the problem of local stability of bilinear systems with aperiodic sampled-data linear state feedback control. The sampling intervals are time-varying and upper bounded.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Improved Sampled-Data Consensus Control for Multi-Agent Systems via Delay-Incorporating Looped-Functional

open access: yesMathematics
This paper addresses the problem of achieving consensus control for homogeneous multi-agent systems (MASs) under aperiodic sampled data and communication delays.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Sampled‐data‐based H∞ load frequency control for power systems with wind power

open access: yesIET Renewable Power Generation
Load disturbances, the intermittent generation of wind power, and the uncertainty of sampling period will significantly affect the frequency stability of power system.

Stabilization of Neutral Time-Delay Systems With Actuator Saturation via a Sampled-Data Control Approach

open access: yesIEEE Access
This paper considers the stabilization problem for neutral time-delay systems with actuator saturation under a sampled-data controller. For the actuator saturation, the saturation nonlinearity is represented as the convex combination of the state ...

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Control Theory for Sampled-Data Systems

open access: yes
This chapter aims to provide a comprehensive overview of control theory for sampled-data systems, discussing the principles and objectives of sampled-data control, and some key methodologies for effective control in sampled-data systems, i.e., hybrid ...
