Colonización nasal por Staphylococcus aureus y Staphylococcus aureus resistente a meticilina (SARM) en auxiliares de enfermería

open access: yesARS Medica, 2022
Introducción: Staphylococcus aureus, es la principal causa de bacteriemia infecciosa y endocarditis, así como de infecciones osteoarticulares, de piel y tejidos blandos, su reservorio principal es la mucosa nasal.

Follow-up: Prospective compound design using the ‘SAR Matrix’ method and matrix-derived conditional probabilities of activity [v1; ref status: indexed, http://f1000r.es/56v]

open access: yesF1000Research, 2015
In a previous Method Article, we have presented the ‘Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) Matrix’ (SARM) approach. The SARM methodology is designed to systematically extract structurally related compound series from screening or chemical optimization ...

Iterative DeepSARM modeling for compound optimization

open access: yesArtificial Intelligence in the Life Sciences, 2021
The Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) Matrix (SARM) method systematically extracts structurally related compound series from any source and organizes these series in a unique data structure formed by matrices similar to R-group tables from medicinal ...

SARM: From immune regulator to cell executioner

open access: yesBiochemical Pharmacology, 2019
SARM is the fifth and most conserved member of the Toll/Il-1 Receptor (TIR) adaptor family. However, unlike the other TIR adaptors, MyD88, Mal, TRIF and TRAM, SARM does not participate in transducing signals downstream of TLRs. By contrast SARM inhibits TLR signalling by interacting with the adaptors TRIF and MyD88.

SARM modulates MyD88-mediated TLR activation through BB-loop dependent TIR-TIR interactions. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) recognise invading pathogens and initiate an innate immune response by recruiting intracellular adaptor proteins via heterotypic Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) domain interactions.

Inhibition of apoptosis by SARM.

open access: yes, 2013
HEK 293 cells transfected with the designated constructs were stimulated 18 h after transfection with TNFα and Actinomycin-D (Act-D) for the times indicated to induce apoptosis, then stained with fluorescently-labeled anti-CD90 (Thy1.1 surface marker ...

A security adaptation reference monitor (SARM) for highly dynamic wireless environments

open access: yes, 2020
Since Wireless and mobile networks have become increasingly heterogeneous and particularly dynamic, multiple security requirements must be addressed in a flexible and dynamic manner to cope with runtime changing context.
