Xenogeneic Mitochondrial Transplantation Improves Selected Age‐Associated Phenotypes in Mice
Yak‐derived xenogeneic mitochondrial transplantation improves selected age‐associated phenotypes in mice, enhances mitochondrial functional readouts, and engages host mitochondrial quality‐control pathways. Broad tissue biodistribution, increased ATP production and mtDNA copy number, reduced ROS levels and dysfunctional mitochondria, improved motility ...

MiR‐940 Suppresses Ferroptosis by Controlling Expression of Key Regulatory Genes
A CRISPR‐based screening identified miR‐940 as a critical suppressor of ferroptosis in cancer. By coordinating the downregulation of pro‐ferroptotic genes with the upregulation of GPX4, miR‐940 establishes a regulatory network that protects against ferroptosis and correlates with poor clinical outcomes in distinct cancer entities.

Fractionation and characterization of satellite dna in Pharoah Quail, 1978
DNA of Pharoah Quail embryos was examined using iso- pycnic centrifugation in neutral CsCl. Two low density minor bands (collectively termed satellite DNA) were detected in addition to the main band DNA.

Engineered Optogenetic Circuits In Yeast with Self‐Sustained Outputs
Optogenetic quorum‐sensing (OptoQS) circuit enables Saccharomyces cerevisiae to record transient light stimulus with self‐sustained outputs. Panel a indicates the design of the OptoQS circuit based on G‐protein coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling cascade. Panel b indicates the mode of action of surrogate messenger‐mediated signal transmission at the cell

Epigenetic regulation of genes mediated by satellite DNA
Satellite DNA is a highly repetitive DNA, organized in long tandem arrays, located in the heterochromatic regions of chromosomes. Repeats of satellite DNAs can be excised from their heterochromatin loci and integrate into euchromatin.

SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition
Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. This strategy enables effective regulation of carbohydrate digestion

This study presents a surfaceome‐reprogramming strategy for mutation‐independent lung cancer therapy by repurposing dexamethasone to prime mesenchymal stem cell‐derived nanovesicles. The engineered vesicles leverage multi‐valent interactions mediated by upregulated adhesion proteins, EPHA2, and NOTCH3.
