Study of CZTSSe-Based Solar Cells with Different ETMs by SCAPS

open access: yes, 2022
Third-generation thin-film solar cells based on CZTSSe are highly promising because of their excellent optoelectrical properties, earth-abundant, and non-toxicity of their constituent elements.

Regenerative Endodontics in Teeth With Irreversible Pulpitis: A Scoping Review

open access: yesInternational Endodontic Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Regenerative endodontic procedures (REPs) have been widely used to manage a range of pulpal pathologies, particularly in immature permanent teeth. The development of bioactive calcium silicate–based materials has led to a paradigm shift in vital pulp therapy (VPT) and REPs.

The Histone Demethylase KDM3B Promotes Osteo-/Odontogenic Differentiation, Cell Proliferation, and Migration Potential of Stem Cells from the Apical Papilla

open access: yesStem Cells International, 2020
Understanding the regulation mechanisms of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can assist in tissue regeneration. The histone demethylase (KDM) family has a crucial role in differentiation and cell proliferation of MSCs, while the function of KDM3B in MSCs is ...

Cumulative effects of lifelong systemic excess growth hormone on postcranial skeletal morphology in adult mice

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
Our μCT‐based pilot study reveals size and shape disparity in the adult postcranial skeleton of growth‐hormone model (bGH) mice relative to wild‐type mice. bGH mice have larger and more sexually dimorphic bones, with a systemic radiodensity increase in bony sesamoids and associated, but typically uncalcified, soft tissues.

Site Characterization and Analysis Penetrometer System (SCAPS) : Assessing Site Cotamination

open access: yes, 2007
While a number of techniques exist for the remediation of contaminated soils, one of the largest problems is often the initial site assessment.

The Angiogenic Potential of DPSCs and SCAPs in an In Vivo Model of Dental Pulp Regeneration [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Adequate vascularization, a restricting factor for the survival of engineered tissues, is often promoted by the addition of stem cells or the appropriate angiogenic growth factors.

Harnessing the Therapeutic Potential of Cell Secretomes and Extracellular Vesicles for Craniofacial Regenerative Applications

open access: yesJournal of Periodontal Research, EarlyView.
The scoping review summarizes the current preclinical and clinical evidence for the use of “cell‐free” therapies in craniofacial (periodontal, bone and soft‐tissue) regeneration. It also aims to highlight key challenges and strategies towards the clinical translation of these therapies.

Cell Therapy for Periodontal, Soft‐Tissue, and Craniofacial Regeneration

open access: yesJournal of Periodontal Research, EarlyView.
The clinical translation of mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) represents a major advancement in dentistry, especially for periodontal, soft‐tissue, and craniofacial regeneration. However, several challenges remain to be addressed, including the absence of standardised protocols, limited scalability, regulatory hurdles, a lack of well‐controlled ...

Circznf236 Mediates Scaps Differentiation By Regulating Lgr4-Induced Autophagy

open access: yesInternational Dental Journal
Aim or purpose: The study identified a novel circRNA, circ-ZNF236 and showed the significance of circ-ZNF236 in the odonto/osteogenic differentiation of SCAPs and its underlying regulatory mechanisms. Materials and methods: The circular structure of circ-
