Summary In allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), important clinical decisions depend upon assessment of chimerism, including immunosuppressant dosing and donor lymphocyte infusions (DLI), which in turn can have major impacts on disease control, graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD), immunity and ultimately patient survival.

lncDILC Downregulation in Liver Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts Drives Pro‐Invasive Conversion via a miR‐6071‐ZNF395 Axis

We found in the present study the loss‐of‐function of a sequential inhibitory cascade of lncDILC‐miR‐6071‐ZNF395 in liver CAFs, which promoted the NF‐CAF conversion through increasing expression of pro‐invasive cytokines like IL‐6, LIF, CXCL12, and TGF‐β.
