In this paper, we study the optimality conditions and perform a stability analysis for the second-order cone constrained variational inequalities (SOCCVI) problem.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

On a Class of Second-Order PDE&PDI Constrained Robust Modified Optimization Problems
In this paper, by using scalar multiple integral cost functionals and the notion of convexity associated with a multiple integral functional driven by an uncertain multi-time controlled second-order Lagrangian, we develop a new mathematical framework on ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Optimal Control through Leadership of the Cucker and Smale Flocking Model with Time Delays
The Cucker and Smale model is a well-known flocking model that describes the emergence of flocks based on alignment. The first part focuses on investigating this model, including the effect of time delay and the presence of a leader.

Optimal Control of Infinite Dimensional Bilinear Systems: Application to the Heat and Wave Equations [PDF]
International audienceIn this paper we consider second order optimality conditions for a bilinear optimal control problem governed by a strongly continuous semigroup operator, the control entering linearly in the cost function. We derive first and second

Higher Order Conditions in Nonlinear Optimal Control
The most widely used tool for the solution of optimal control problems is the Pontryagin Maximum Principle. But the Maximum Principle is, in general, only a necessary condition for optimality. It is therefore desirable to have supplementary conditions,
