El Derecho Humano a la Seguridad Social
As a fundamental human right, the right to social security must be recognized, protected and promoted, and every person is entitled to a minimum content of this right. Some of the legal consequences of this quality are explored, in particular the application of the principle of equality and the imprescriptibility of that right.
