Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Zhou Method for the Solutions of System of Proportional Delay Differential Equations
In this paper, we consider a viable semi-analytical approach for the approximate-analytical solutions of certain system of functional differential equations (SFDEs) engendered by proportional delays. The proposed semi-analytical technique is built on the

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Semi-analytical solutions for reaction diffusion equations
Semi-analytical solutions for three reaction-diffusion equation models are investigating in this thesis. The three models are the reversible Selkov, or glycolytic oscillations model, an extended Selkov model which incorporates the effects of a precursor ...

We are interested in perturbed Hamiltonian systems in a plane, which are damped and excited by an absolutely regular non-white Gaussian process. We use two methods for the determination of analytical and semi-analytical solutions to such nonlinear ...

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

Semi-analytical and numerical solutions describing microwave heating in waveguides
Semi-analytical models are presented describing the microwave heating of materials in waveguides in a number of different scenarios. Coupling occurs between the heating of the slab and the microwave radiation via temperature dependency the electrical ...

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.
