Sequential group topology on rationals with intermediate sequential order [PDF]
Using CH we construct a countable sequential topological group whose sequential order is between 2 2 and ω \omega giving a consistent negative answer to P. Niykos’ question.

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Random walks with drift : a sequential approach [PDF]
In this paper sequential monitoring schemes to detect nonparametric drifts are studied for the random walk case. The procedure is based on a kernel smoother.

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

PRICES IN SEQUENTIAL AUCTIONS: PRELIMINARY EVIDENCE FROM AUSTRALIAN RARE BOOK AUCTIONS [PDF]
This paper examines price paths in sequential ascending auctions of identical rare books in Australia. Economic theory is inconclusive but suggests prices in sequential auctions of identical objects should follow flat or rising paths.

Sequential Discontinuity and First-Order Problems
We explore the low levels of the structure of the continuous Weihrauch degrees of first-order problems. In particular, we show that there exists a minimal discontinuous first-order degree, namely that of $\accn$, without any determinacy assumptions. The same degree is also revealed as the least sequentially discontinuous one, i.e. the least degree with

Protein aggregates threaten proteostasis and cell health. In human cells, Hsp70–J‐domain protein‐based disaggregases remove aggregates, but how they assemble remains unclear. Our biochemical findings show that DNAJA2‐ and DNAJB1‐containing disaggregase scaffolds enhance luciferase aggregate targeting, and that Hsp70 recruitment by both J‐domain ...

2D Correlation Analysis: Sequential Order Judging
Using a two-dimensional (2D) correlation analysis technique to determine the sequential order of physical or chemical events has received keen interests in the past ten years.
