ANXA2+ sEVs promote cisplatin resistance in ATC by stabilizing the SRC/LDHA interaction, increasing LDHA phosphorylation and activity, and lactate production. Elevated lactate levels promote KAT5‐mediated lactylation of XRCC5 at lysine 265, enhancing its binding to XRCC6.

Psychological Stress Associated Bile Acid Reprogramming Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression

PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. RPLP2 Mediates the Beneficial Effects of Exercise on Stress Resistance Through Muscle–Brain Communication

A novel exercise‐inducible myokine acidic ribosomal protein P2 (RPLP2), initially identified from human trials, is presented here, whose circulating levels negatively correlate with clinical anxiety severity. Muscle‐derived RPLP2 enhances hippocampal ribosomal assembly and adult neurogenesis to rescue stress‐induced anxiety deficits.
