A synthetic benzoxazine dimer derivative targets c‐Myc to inhibit colorectal cancer progression
Benzoxazine dimer derivatives bind to the bHLH‐LZ region of c‐Myc, disrupting c‐Myc/MAX complexes, which are evaluated from SAR analysis. This increases ubiquitination and reduces cellular c‐Myc. Impairing DNA repair mechanisms is shown through proteomic analysis.

Data‐Driven Stochastic Lie Transport Modeling of the 2D Euler Equations
In this paper, we propose and assess several stochastic parametrizations for data‐driven modeling of the two‐dimensional Euler equations using coarse‐grid SPDEs.

Modeling and Simulation of Worm Propagation and Attacks against Campus Network [PDF]
We develop a model of worm attack against campus network in accordance with the campus signal flow as committed by an external attacker (or intruder) and examine the worm-flow behavior and its rate of infection.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Cycle Network Model of Prostaglandin H Synthase-1
The kinetic model of Prostaglandin H Synthase-1 (PGHS-1) was developed to investigate its complex network kinetics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) efficacy in different in vitro and in vivo conditions. To correctly describe the complex
