On exact rate of convergence of row sequences of multipoint Hermite-Padé approximants
In this article, we analyze a rate of attraction of poles of an approximated function to poles of incomplete multipoint Padé approximants and use it to derive a sharp bound on the geometric rate of convergence of multipoint Hermite-Padé approximants to a

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Weighted Simultaneous Approximation of the Linear Combinations of Baskakov Operators
In this paper, the approximation property of the linear combinations of Baskakov operators is investigated by using a Jacobi weight function. Moreover, both the positive and inverse theorems for the weighted simultaneous approximation of the linear ...

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

Multivariate Perturbed Hyperbolic Tangent-Activated Singular Integral Approximation
Here we study the quantitative multivariate approximation of perturbed hyperbolic tangent-activated singular integral operators to the unit operator. The engaged neural network activation function is both parametrized and deformed, and the related kernel

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

An Elementary Simultaneous Approximation Theorem [PDF]
We will give an elementary and direct proof that for f ∈ C q [ − 1 , 1 ] f \in {C^q}[ - 1,1] there exists a sequence of polynomials P n {P_n} of degree at most ...

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.
