Single‐Molecule Conductance of Staffanes [PDF]

Abstract We report the first conductance measurements of [ n ]staffane (bicyclopentane) oligomers in single‐molecule junctions. Our studies reveal two quantum transport characteristics unique to staffanes that emerge from their strained bicyclic structure.
