Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Singular solution to Special Lagrangian Equations
We prove the existence of non-smooth solutions to three-dimensional Special Lagrangian Equations in the non-convex case. Résumé Nous démontrons l'existence de solutions singulières d'équations speciales lagrangiennes en dimension trois, dans le cas non convexe.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Bernoulli Polynomials Method for Solving Integral Equations with Singular Kernel
There is always an interest in an effective technique to generate a numerical solution of integral equations with singular or weakly singular kernels more precisely because numerical methods have limitations.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Self-similar singular solution of doubly singular parabolic equation with gradient absorption term
We deal with the self-similar singular solution of doubly singular parabolic equation with a gradient absorption term for , and in . By shooting and phase plane methods, we prove that when there exists self-similar singular solution, while there is

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

On a Singular Solution in Higgs Field
A formula for mass of Standard Model Higgs boson is derived by considering certain asymptotic behavior for singular solution of equation of motion (EOM) of Higgs field via Euler-Lagrange equation, in which M H 0 is shown as a rest mass of Higgs boson mass of the field, which maintains Lorentz invariance.
