Gelsolin's Protective Role in MASH through F‐Actin Regulation and P53 Degradation

Gelsolin (GSN) maintains liver metabolic homeostasis by promoting MDM2‐mediated P53 degradation and inhibiting F‐actin/Yes‐associated protein (YAP) overactivation. Loss of GSN impairs P53 degradation, increases lipid deposition, and enhances YAP‐driven fibrosis and inflammation in metabolic‐associated steatohepatitis.

Collaborative Duality of CircGLIS3(2) RNA and Protein in human Wound Repair

CircGLIS3(2), a circRNA transiently upregulated in dermal fibroblasts during acute wound healing, is induced by IL‐1α and TGF‐β. Its RNA activates fibroblasts into matrix‐secreting cells, while its encoded protein enhances proliferation. Adducin‐1 Facilitates Influenza Virus Endosomal Trafficking and Uncoating by Regulating Branched Actin Dynamics and Myosin IIB Activity

In this study, a novel mechanism is unveiled by which ADD1, acting as a molecular switch, coordinates actin branch dynamics and the transport of endocytic viruses and cargoes. Phosphorylation of ADD1 at Ser726 reduces actin branch density, enhancing endosome fusion and attachment to microtubules.
