Integration analysis of PacBio SMRT- and Illumina RNA-seq reveals candidate genes and pathway involved in selenium metabolism in hyperaccumulator Cardamine violifolia

open access: yesBMC Plant Biology, 2020
Background Cardamine violifolia , native to China, is one of the selenium (Se) hyperaccumulators. The mechanism of Se metabolism and tolerance remains unclear, and only limited genetic information is currently available.

KAKO SE (NE) BOJATI SMRTI

open access: yesA Priori

Besedilo poskuša odpreti razmišljanje o učenju v obdobju žalovanja in dodati drobec k razumevanju učenja kot ...

A Systemic Selective Modified mRNA Delivery Platform for Preventing Chemotherapy‐Induced Cardiotoxicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In Yoo and Mainkar et al., we present a minimally invasive, CM‐selective modRNA delivery system encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles for intravenous (IV) administration. This platform enables selective cardiac translation of therapeutic modRNA but suppresses expression in off‐target tissues, including tumors.

Full-length SMRT transcriptome sequencing and microsatellite characterization in Paulownia catalpifolia

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
Paulownia catalpifolia is an important, fast-growing timber species known for its high density, color and texture. However, few transcriptomic and genetic studies have been conducted in P. catalpifolia. In this study, single-molecule real-time sequencing

Metabolic Regulation of Dimethylsulfoniopropionate Cleavage and Dimethyl Sulfide Production in Halomonas sp. D47

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) is a major marine organosulfur compound central to climate‐relevant dimethyl sulfide (DMS) production. In Halomonas sp. D47, DMSP catabolism is revealed to be coordinated by two transcriptional regulators, AcuR and AcuZ, which control gene expression by sensing DMSP and its metabolites.
