Control mechanism for software pipelining on nested loop
Proceedings. Advances in Parallel and Distributed Computing, 2002ILSP (Interlaced inner and outer Loop Software Pipelining) is an efficient algorithm of optimizing operations in the nested loops. To ensure the ILSP has a good time efficiency and a good space efficiency, there must be an efficient nested control mechanism to support the algorithm.

Software-in-the-Loop at the junction of software development and drivability calibration
2016Different causes lead to a reduction of testing vehicles in absolute numbers or in relation to a broadening product portfolio. At the same time development cycles get shorter or have to tackle more complexity in the same time frame. In drivability calibration, the usage of powertrain test benches is a solution to this dilemma.

A Dual-Loop Control Model and Software Framework for Autonomous Robot Software
2017 24th Asia-Pacific Software Engineering Conference (APSEC), 2017Autonomous robot software is an extremely complex system that drives robots to operate in an open and dynamic environment to accomplish tasks. This requires such software to be designed with effective control models to support continuous and flexible feedback.

Software-in-the-Loop simulation for early-stage testing of AUTOSAR software component
2016 Eighth International Conference on Ubiquitous and Future Networks (ICUFN), 2016In Embedded Software, the early-stage testing of source code is important since it may reduce the future development cost. However, at the automotive domain, the conventional software testing methods depend on actual system and hardware such as Hardware-in-the-Loop simulator and vehicle, then the early-stage testing method of automotive software is ...

Structuring Software Measurement - Metrication in the Context of Feedback Loops
Proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Enterprise Information Systems, 2014This paper presents results of a case study in a software engineering department of a large industrial company. This software engineering department struggles with the monitoring and control of the performance of software projects. The current measurement processes doesn’t provide adequate and sufficient information to both project and organisational ...

A Rapid Review on Advanced Software-in-the-Loop Methods for Automotive Software Verification
Anais do IX Simpósio Brasileiro de Testes de Software Sistemático e Automatizado (SAST 2024)The V-cycle has been the primary software development methodology in the automotive sector. However, with the increasing complexity of software, both from an architectural and technological perspective, software verification has become inefficient compared to system verification. This inefficiency results in rework and increased costs due to late error
